Admissions

Registration

The school session starts in June. Eligible candidates are admitted into classes against available vacancies. Registration for admissions commences in the month of January every year.

Registration does not guarantee admissions. Admissions will only be made on the basis of admission test and interview. The date and place will be communicated to the candidates.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are normally not permitted in the middle of the academic year.

Pupils who discontinues studies after commencement or during any term are required to pay the fees for the academic year in full transfer certificate, balance of imprest deposit will be paid only when all dues are cleared.

Age

At the time of the admission to class one, student should be 5 1/2 year and should not exceed 6 1/2 year by the 30th of September of this year. The age of admission to the other classes should be reckoned accordingly.

Admission

Application for admissions should be sent to the principal on the prescribed form given with this brochure with a D. D / P.O of ₹. 250/-.

Discipline

All pupils should adhere to the Rules, and Regulations of the school. The school expects high standard of discipline are liable to be discharged from the school and decision of the Principal is final in the matter.

General Rules & Guidelines

  • Parents/ guardians wishing to meet the principal should take prior appointment on phone or by letter, except in emergencies.
  • Parents/ guardians are not followed to meet their standards on their teachers or any other staff of the school without prior permission of the principal.
  • Pupils returning to school late after holidays, are liable to have their names struck off from the rolls or penalized with fine.
  • The Principal should be informed in writing by the parent / guardian in case of illness or the pupil for absence of more than a week.
  • Students will ordinarily be not available on telephone. In emergency, parents / guardians may contact the principal on Sundays only in between 9.00 Am to 11.30 Am and 4.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
  • Parents are advised not to bring or to send by hand or post any eatables to their children studying in the school.
  • Students are not granted leave during the school term except in emergencies and marriages of brothers & sisters. For this prior permission is to be taken from the principal. As escort with a letter of authorization from the parent is to be provided by them.
  • The School office is closed on Sundays and Public holidays. No arrangements exist in the school for lodging to the visitors, parents and local guardians, are permitted to meet their children / wards between 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM on 2nd Sundays with prior intimation.
  • Parents are requested to write to their children regularly. In case their sons are weak in studies, they must exhort them to work hard. Parents are advised not to send M. O. to their children / ward directly. In case it is unavoidable, the M. O must be sent to the school.
  • Students are expected to look after their own things. Parents and guardians should see that their children / wards do not bring any money, costly materials or items to the hostel. The school authorities will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to their property, though every normal care and precaution will be taken to safeguard their belongings.
